Terms and Conditions

Please read the booking regulations below carefully.
The purpose of this document is to regulate the General Terms and/or Conditions of the booking services between Lilibeth Luxury Suites s.r.l. single member company, with registered office in
Salerno, at 161 E Salvador Allende Street, VAT number and tax code 06263860659 and the clients who make the booking.

Implementation

These conditions regulate contracts for the use and stay of the Lilibeth Luxury Suites and for any additional services provided. Use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of all individual general terms and/or conditions, included in the most current version thereof. These terms and conditions will be considered as automatically incorporated into the agreement signed with Lilibeth Luxury Suites, without any need for their acceptance herein in writing.

Contract

The confirmed reservation has the value of acceptance of the contract according to current Italian law. The contract is binding on the person making the reservation and all other parties mentioned in the reservation, including minors. Reservation requests made via Whatsapp or by phone must always be finalized through www.lilibethluxurysuites.com
Minors under the age of 18 can only be accommodated if accompanied by a responsible adult staying within the facility.

Check-in and Check-out

Unless otherwise agreed, Suites are available on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. (check-in) and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure (check-out). Lilibeth Luxury Suites reserves the right to collect a penalty fee due to late room release.

Prices and payment

The prices shown on the website include VAT.
The customer making a reservation agrees to pay the price established for the accommodation, including any applicable extra charges and taxes, and the services requested also when performed by a third party. For experiences confirmed at the booking stage, the same payment (and right of withdrawal) rules established for the stay, and better specified in this contract, will apply. For experiences requested at a stage after check-in, payment will be made in favor of Lilibeth Luxury Suites by credit/debit card or immediate transfer at the time of confirmation. Cancellation of experiences made after check-in, will result in the loss of the right to a refund of the amounts paid.
Price errors and misprints are not binding and the reservation may be cancelled by Lilibeth Luxury Suites with refund of any amounts already paid.

Lilibeth Luxury Suites accepts the following payment methods:

• bank transfer
• credit/debit card
• PayPal

Failure to make a payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation by Lilibeth Luxury Suites.
Tourist taxes and any extras must be settled prior to departure.
Lilibeth Luxury Suites will ask for a pre-authorization of 250 euros on a credit card, as a security deposit, and as a guarantee for any damage or theft caused by guests during their stay.
Lilibeth Luxury Suites will keep the user’s credit card details for the period necessary to verify that any additional charges incurred by the user after completing check-out are paid in full and that there is no damage or theft within the Suites.
The timing of payment is handled by the client’s bank. Any delay in returning the security deposit will not be the responsibility of Lilibeth Luxury Suites.

Children

Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge by sleeping in their parents’ bed.

All other children pay the adult rate and stay overnight in one of the available beds in the Suites. Extra beds cannot be added.

Withdrawal on the part of Lilibeth Luxury Suites

Lilibeth Luxury Suites is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the balance is not made at the time of booking.
Lilibeth Luxury Suites is entitled to withdraw from the contract for justified reasons, including (and not limited to):

force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of Lilibeth Luxury Suites that make it
impossible to fulfill the contract;
reservation made with misleading or false information;
client’s failure to send guest identification documents within 3 days of arrival at the Suites;
if the client’s stay may harm the operation, safety, or reputation of Lilibeth Luxury Suites.

Lilibeth Luxury Suites has a duty to inform the client of the decision. In the case of justified withdrawal, the client may not claim damage compensation.

Withdrawal on the part of the customer (cancellation, cancellation), no show, early departure

The customer is required to check the payment terms during the booking process. 

In case of cancellation of the reservation within 30 days prior to the arrival date, you will be entitled to a refund of the entire cost paid. In case of cancellation of the reservation, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the rental cost if the cancellation is made by the tenth day prior to the arrival date; 20% of the rental cost if the cancellation is made later than the tenth day prior to the arrival date; you will not be entitled to any refund in case of no show or cancellation later than the fifth day prior to the arrival date. In case of late arrival, the total price stipulated must be paid. In case of early departure, no refunds will be given for the remaining unused period.

Liability of Lilibeth Luxury Suites

No damages are payable, regardless of the legal reason, unless Lilibeth Luxury Suites has acted fraudulently. Lilibeth Luxury Suites disclaims any liability for inefficiency due to lack of supply, accidental equipment failure, or other acts due to force majeure. In addition, no liability is accepted for damages caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases or theft. The Lilibeth Luxury Suites is not responsible for inconveniences caused by cancellations, or other problems of various kinds, of services offered by third parties and booked through the Suites. Lilibeth Luxury Suites is also not responsible, in any way, for injuries occurring during the performance of any experiences practiced at the Suites.

The Lilibeth Luxury Suites is committed to not violate the privacy of the client and to access the Suites only in cases of emergency or violation of the rules established in this contract. However, it may conduct due inspections of the Suites, in the presence of the client, to assess their state of care.

Responsibility of the client

The Suites are delivered in perfect condition. The customer upon arrival must check their condition, along with the functioning of the facilities and make any complaints within the first 24 hours of arrival.
The client is responsible for damage to the buildings and/or furniture and objects contained within the Suites, caused by himself, his family, guests or pets, according to the provisions of the law. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain sufficient insurance for such cases of liability.
No parties/events are allowed inside the Suites.
The overnight stay of an unreported guest at Lilibeth Luxury Suites is prohibited.
Animals of any kind are not allowed inside the Suites, unless specifically requested by the guest and always at the discretion of Lilibeth Luxury Suites, which may deny consent without explanation, or may consent by requesting an extra payment over the rate charged.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Suites.
It is mandatory for guests to observe silence from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Guests are expected to dispose of waste properly, following the instructions provided within the Suites. Any fines charged to Lilibeth Luxury Suites and attributable to a specific stay will result in the charge of the same to the guests who were staying in that Suites, during the period of reference of the fine.
The client making the reservation is responsible for the actions and behavior of all members of the group.
It is the care of the client making the reservation to obtain the consent of other guests before providing their personal information

Final Provisions

Changes or additions to the contract must be made in writing.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is no longer valid, this does not impair the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the ineffective provision, the most similar provision possible will be applied. The same applies to contractual gaps, to which the relevant legal provisions apply.

These contractual terms and conditions are posted on www.lilibethluxurysuites.com and the customer is required to read them carefully before accepting them when making a reservation.

Lilibeth Luxury Suites does not guarantee the reliability, availability or continuity of the services offered to the user and, consequently, excludes any liability for any damage due to lack of availability, reliability or continuity of its website or its services, however, it will try to facilitate, to the extent of its capabilities, technical support for the person in question and will try to immediately remedy any interruption of services by implementing alternative measures within its capabilities.

The Lilibeth Luxury Suites does not agree to control and has no prior control over viruses or elements, within its content, that could alter software or hardware of the user or persons visiting the web pages and therefore will not be responsible for damages of any kind that may result.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and/or Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. For the settlement of any disputes that may arise in connection with their validity, performance, compliance or termination, in whole or in part, Lilibeth Luxury Suites and the user, agree that the Competent Court shall be the Court of Salerno. This contract constitutes the total and complete agreement between Lilibeth Luxury Suites and you, and supersedes all prior agreements, undertakings, representations and understandings, written
or oral, existing between both parties.

Safeguard Clause

These terms and conditions, as well as the relationship between the parties, are in all cases governed by applicable Italian law. In the event that any of the clauses of these Terms and/or General Conditions should be null and/or invalid for any reason whatsoever, this shall in no way affect the effectiveness and validity of the other provisions contained in this agreement.
